Commissioning is where months of design and procurement either prove out or fall apart — and on a live data centre campus, there's no room for a second attempt.
Our teams manage the full commissioning lifecycle for generator, chiller and switchroom installations, from factory acceptance testing through integrated systems testing to final handover, working to the same sequence and documentation standard on every project regardless of geography.
We verify on site, not from a desk — every system is tested under real load conditions before it's signed off, so operators inherit infrastructure that performs from day one, not infrastructure that looks right on paper.

Installation + Delivery
Our installation teams — mechanics, pipe fitters, welders and engineers — deliver genset and chiller installations to OEM and client specification, from logistics and crane-in through final connection. We coordinate the full sequence: site access, lifting plans, positioning, pipework, electrical tie-ins and mechanical completion, working directly alongside OEMs, general contractors and client stakeholders throughout.
XPM provides full A-Z project management, installation and commissioning services on hyperscale and data centre projects — one team accountable for the process from first delivery to final sign-off, not a series of handoffs between separate contractors. Every installation is executed to spec and commissioned against real load conditions on site, so clients and GCs get infrastructure that performs as designed, not infrastructure that merely looks correct on paper.

Lifecycle + Maintenance Services
Installation and commissioning are only the beginning of a system's working life. XPM provides ongoing lifecycle maintenance and troubleshooting support for gensets and chillers, delivered by factory-trained engineers who understand these systems from the inside.
We work alongside client operations teams, not in place of them — assisting and supporting in-house staff with scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis and rapid response when issues arise. Our teams are familiar with the operational realities of hyperscale and colocation environments, including site access protocols and approved pass credentials, so support happens on schedule without disrupting a live facility.
